ZX SINCLAIR

Here is a movie with

MISTER BEEP’s music!

This is a story about a company

making games in old good 80s. :)

Its title is: "Fishing For Disaster" and it’s

a really cool short comedy! :)

“Love your stuff - I used to make 1-bit music myself in the 80s as a spectrum programmer but this takes it to a new artform!”

Michael Batty (Earth Shaker, Tai Chi Tortoise, Full Throttle 2 etc.)

I'm Mister Beep. I make micromusic/chiptunes but it's not typical micromusic. It is real ONE BIT music made using TIMEX 2048 (48Kb of RAM) and its BEEPER.

The BEEPER has originally just 1 channel of sound (square wave only, no volumes) but 3,5Mhz CPU's activity gives it from 2 to 9 channels, various modulations, drums, digital sound, even 16 volume-levels etc. Still only 1-bit of course.

Currently I use various programs that give me a lot of possibilities in 1-bit music making (see The Software corner).

If you like 1-bit music from ZX SPECTRUM/TIMEX BEEPER, then let me know!!! :)
